Refresh your Senses - Mindfulness Activity
WALT: Reflect on our personal favourite five senses and think about how they impact our daily lives.

My favourite sight is the beach and the grass, flowers,animals, 
tv . 
Because it is a thing that I like to look at and I like looking at the beach and other things
to. 

I can use this to help me everyday by because i can come back and look at it 



My favourite sound is animals , birds.

Because  the sound  is peaceful.

I can use this to help me every day because I can look at it.



My favourite smell is in chocolate.

Because is smells nice.

I can use this to help me everyday by using my brain.


My favourite taste is loiles.

Because it is yum.
I can use this to help me everyday by thinking.



My favourite touch is slime.

Because it is so nice.
I can use this to help me everyday by




My thoughts can be helpful by using me mine .
My thoughts can be distracting by people and ignore it.

Mindfulness has taught me (What has doing our mindfulness taught you about your thoughts?) 
It learned me peaceful and kind.
